Package Disclaimers Quoted prices are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not considered final until full payment has been made and received by the vendor or tour operator. Unless otherwise indicated, quoted prices do not include airfare, insurance, taxes, port charges, tipping, or processing fees. Passenger is responsible for any fuel surcharge incurred or assessed by the airlines or cruise lines. Foreign destination packages are based strictly on foreign currency, and, therefore, any price change due to currency fluctuation will be the responsibility of the passenger. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of all customers to review the Terms of Agreement for the package you plan to purchase. The Terms of Agreement will explain all booking, change, cancellation penalties, and pertinent information that pertain to the package you have chosen. If you have any questions at all, please ask your booking agent before you purchase your package. Once a package is purchased, the customer accepts and must abide by the said Terms of Agreement. All Prices quoted are based upon payment by cash. In the event of payment by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa, then please be advised that the payment might be subject to a 3% surcharge in order to cover merchant processing fees. Some packages may also require a small booking fee. These policies are dependent upon the cruise or tour booked. Consult your GWA agent for further information. Proper identification is the responsibility of the individual passengers, and we advise the use of passports at all times.
